Simply place your order before 2pm AEST will be shipped same day via Australia Post’s eParcel Express service.  This works like clockwork pretty much for the majority of Australian residents but please note if you live in certain regional areas there will be exceptions to this time frame. It all depends on whether you live within or outside the general post express network.
If you happen to place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be duly processed the next business day.
 
Rest of the world:

Delivery time estimate: 6 – 10 Business Days
 
Please allow between 6-10 business days to receive your package from the time you place your order. But don’t worry we’ll keep you up to date by sending you a tracking number so you can view your package’s progress. Also best be aware that some international shipments can be subject to customs or import duties once they reach their destination. In these circumstances the responsibility falls on you to pay the charges to release the goods from the shipment. Unfortunately, we’re unable to estimate what these charges will be, so we recommend you contact your local customs office to find out the exact deal.

Return/Exchange policy’s:
We value each and every one of our Bronté babes and want you to be in love with your purchase. If you aren’t in love, we expect to hear from you within 7 days and received within 14 days.
We don’t expect exchanges/returns from out silk collection (sorry ladies) *
You will need to email Returns@brontethelabel.com for your next instructions. We will then give your more information on where to post your item back too.
If you are an international Bronté babe and wish to exchange, we understand your return/ exchange may take longer than 7 working days to get back to us. 

  • The garment is unworn, unwashed, and in it’s original condition with all our tags attached. Your garment must be free of make-up marks, deodorant marks, in fact it needs to be free of any/all marks.
  • It arrives at our office within 14 daysof you receiving it in your hands.
  • It has been approved through Bronté Customer Care once we receive your order.
  • If you wish to exchange, please notify us with your preferred style/size/colour as soon as possible, so you don’t miss out.
You are responsible for posting your return goods back to Bronté.  We recommend using a prepaid service that offers tracking (such as Australia Post Express satchels, within Australia).  This ensures safe receipt of goods and prevents missing items. Bronté is not responsible for any lost incoming parcels so please be sure to use the above method.
* Please note, the original postage charge cannot be refunded.
Where a receipt for postage is provided to return faulty goods, the cost will be refunded ONLY up to the amount of original postage paid (see DELIVERY COSTS at top of page). Any additional payment made by you to return faulty goods to Bronté, beyond the original postage charge paid by you, will not be refunded. Exchanges are made against the original Credit Card used. We cannot refund onto a different card. We process exchanges within 1- 4 days of receiving them, however please keep in mind they can take up to 10 business days to come back into your account.

Faulty Items:
Please email info@brontethelabel.com with supporting imagery so we can determine the next course of action. If items are in fact deemed faulty you will be provided with further instruction on how to return, thanks babe.
